Lack communication from the team, not responsive when you raised some issues during building process. Project manager was very unprofessional. And the team are not easy to reach for any dispute regarding the products they supplied. Our brick was different colour from the sample and no action at all.

Finish quality was poor on our house finished over a year ago. Remedial work was shabby or non existent. Correspondence with the company over the issues was slow or non-existent.Only build with this company if the contract price is substantially less than other group companies, you will probably need 10k to get the finish up to standard.

Ongoing issues with golden homes, they have wiped their hands of it even though they acknowledged the situation is abnormal!!!! Communication throughout the whole process poor.

One thing is for sure I would never ever recommend anyone literally anyone to build a house with golden homes. Most unprofessional lot I have ever seen. Communication is far out of sight for this organisation. Workmanship is below average standards. All for all never again @goldenhomes.
