Groom and Prestige flooring

We have recently had our kitchen flooring done. Groom and Prestige were very knowledgeable regarding the products – they were able to guide us as to what would best suit our needs and budget. They were very professional and very friendly to deal with. They did everything on time and to a very high standard. I would certainly use them again for any flooring work, and highly recommend Boa and his team for anyone who want flooring work done.

From the very first introduction from our kitchen designer to the completion of the job (including a 5 week delay due to alert level 4) Boa and his team of installers were fantastic to work with. Very responsive to emails, text and calls and all questions answered (we are first timers at renovations, so we had lots of questions). I would highly recommend to anyone wanting to upgrade their flooring

Brent did a great job with out kitchen remodel, we have an older house and we didn't know what we would find when we removed the existing tiles, underneath was a mix of concrete, brick, plywood, lino and nothing was level, Brent smoothed it all out and now we have a lovely smooth transition from kitchen to dining room and beautiful concrete look vinyl, we are so happy. Great communication and advice from Boa was really fantastic, it really was no stress working with Brent and Boa, would highly recommend.

Boa and Sonny were amazing, they were able to fit us into their busy schedule at late notice, extremely responsive throughout the process, answered any questions we had, and kept us updated throughout. Our 70 year old floors look brand new! Would recommend G&P to anyone. Before and after photos to show the difference.

Work was completed on time and to a high standard. Everything happened when they said it would. When it became apparent that additional floor preparation was needed, they handled it without missing a beat.

It was an absolute pleasure working with Boa and Brent. They were extremely professional about everything aspect of the job. I cannot comment on whether they are expensive or cheap. Boa was recommended highly by Kitchen Studio who are doing our kitchen. So, I only talked to Boa without getting additional quotes. But, our entire family is really satisfied with the end product and believe that it is excellent value for money. In fact, I had asked them to finish one part of our flooring job under some time pressure in time for my daughter’s birthday. We were a bit apprehensive whether this will get done. Boa and Brent assured me that they will take care of it and they did, with time to spare. Boa was extremely good in advising regarding the material and Brent did an outstanding job of putting in the flooring. Brent was extremely kind in helping me move some of the furniture. All in all, it was a great experience. I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Boa and his team to those looking for flooring options. I will be using them again in the future for other work.

We were introduced to Groom and Prestige by the company installing a new kitchen for us, and we are very pleased that we were. Boa and the team were an absolute pleasure to deal with. Boa took time to listen to our requirements, and helped choose a product that would suit these perfectly.We are very happy with the quality of the product and install. And to add icing to the cake, the project came out under the quoted amount, as the floor prep work wasn't as extensive as initially thought.
