Unfortunately we were too slow off the mark and another prospective buyer had already nabbed Damian for the house we are looking at. So this is not a review of his work but a review of the man. Damian went out of his way to explain to us his principles (which we 100% respected) regarding not working for clients who may end up competing against each other in the same auction room, he provided us with an excellent referral (and dealing with them has been a breeze) and was just an all-round professional as he went about his business prior to an Open Home. He was respectful of us, other prospective buyers, the home and the agent present and I would most definitely recommend dealing with him.

AMAZING! Very impressed with Damian's comprehensive inspection with excellent attention to detail - he left no stone unturned! We also tagged along to the inspection and asked a lot of questions. We were probably quite annoying! But Damian was absolutely lovely and professional, answering all our questions in depth and giving insightful commentary.Damian sent through an official deadline of the report and submitted it to us a day early, even! The report was extremely detailed and helpful.From the moment of engagement, I noticed the communication and customer service was on point. Fast replies and follow up emails explaining exactly the next step. Damian arrived exactly 3 minutes early on the dot to the inspection too. It was just pure reliability the whole journey. I chose Total House Inspections because I could see all the other good reviews on here and now I see why.

Damien was really pleasant to deal with and I was particularly impressed with how quickly he came back to us after completing our inspection. Damien inspected the property at 9am on Monday and phoned me a couple of hours later with verbal feedback on the property. His written report followed within 24 hours of the inspection being completed and it was a very comprehensive but easy to follow report.
