First time here and wow food was amazing service is great you walk in and they provide you a QR to scan and order prices fairly expensive but worth what you for one of the best yum chas I have been to on Auckland did have an issue and was charged for tea we didn’t ask for however quickly rectified 5 stars from me !!Dumplings were tastyPork was juicySquid tentacles were amazingPrawn dumplings had so much prawns inside super delicious

First time eating in the restaurant, although had takeaway before. We didnt book before coming here since they only allow booking during either of their 2 sessions. So we sat with another family on the same table but was still comfortable and maintain social distancing. The wait staff was very attentive and serve us immediately as well as check on our tea and clear dirty plates. We ordered quite a lot of food for the 2 of us, all the dim sum was good temperature and tasted exceptionally good. We also loved their hot sauce that we even bought some from them to take home. Price is a bit higher than standard yum char but quality is the best of what i've tried in Auckland at least. Would definitely be back again no doubt.Service 5/5Taste 5/5Price 3.5/5Ambiance 4/5

Really nice chinese resto. Food was amazing. Ambience was great. Customer service was top notch. I felt like I was in a hotel. Had complimentary fruits as well.

The staff members are friendly, patience, and accommodating. Their food are unique. Some have stunning designs, and all are flavourful. So far is the most expensive yum char in Auckland, especially their signature dishes; but it's made to impress your eyes as well as your taste buds. They also have yum char dishes that are priced competitively, but still full of flavours. A new favourite yum char place for my family.

I thought the taste were the same in all the Yum Cha restaurants. But, this one is definitely not! The dishes are creative and tasty. The best Yum Cha restaurant ever had in Auckland!

Very good service out of West Auckland Yum Cha. Food is very good and tasty and have different range of foods from other chinese restaurants. Nice restaurants and clean. Recommend this place if you love chinese food and would love try new foods

I am giving this only 3 stars because of parking and the procedure for waiting for your table. I would make it 3.5 if I could. Food is top-notch.I did not take any photos, but there are plenty showing the kind of food you get; it is very high quality. You can order using QR code on your phone (fastest way) or you can use a laminated card to select options with a marker then flag down a waiter.The menu appears to have been restricted recently and we could not find a way to order favorites like simple spring rolls or prawn rolls. The only option was chicken and mushroom spring rolls, which is fine for adults, but not kids.Deep fried squid was perfectly done, crisp and not greasy. We ordered a selection of dishes and all of them were very high quality and delicious.Mr. Lobster is one of the few places where you can get live crayfish (lobster) and have them prepared in a variety of ways.It is expensive and my preference is to stick to prawns, but my kids like it, so we generally get a lobster and it is fun picking one out.Aside from parking, another issue with this restaurant is that if you make a booking, which we always do, you will still end up waiting for your table. That is not a major issue except that they make you wait outside, and when it is winter, blustery, cold and you have small kids, it is not pleasant.It is especially annoying when you watch people showing up after you (in similar sized parties) and they are shown directly in. Starting times for meals are set, so they are obviously on the same starting time, but somehow get preference.We were in the 12:30 slot which is the busiest time. If you can handle a brunch (10:30 start) then parking and waiting issues would well be less of a concern.

First time here. Place was crazy busy. Food was on point. Great portions, decent service. Order via QR code for yum cha. A tad pricey compared to other yum cha locations around Auckland I've been to. 4.5 out of 5 my rating. Recommended.
