I go to Rochelle for both Bowen and Massage Therapy treatments - I have found using a combination of the both of these to work wonderully for me. Over the years I have gone to Rochelle, the best outcomes come from going consistently to her rather than only when I am in pain. Approaching the treatements at a maintance programme rather than just a 'fix' avoids having pain issues.

I have been amazed at how effective the Bowen Therapy is. Very small but precise movements by Rochelle and I can feel the difference immediately. The other thing that has been fantastic is that my body keeps on improving over the next few days and seems to hold the correction really well. I will be continuing with Rochelle.
