Choices Flooring Nelson could not be faulted with providing and installing our new carpet. They went out of their way to get the job done promptly, the carpet is of a very good quality, information provided by staff at Choices Flooring very helpful, their carpet layer did a fantastic job. We couldn't be happier, thankyou!

I recently had my whole two story house carpeted by choices flooring Nelson. I am very pleased with the result and want to thank Yogish and Daniel for the great job they did. They went above and beyond of what I had expected and Yogish was very patient in answering all my questions.

Choices put down Pergo Laminate flooring in our living area and hallway. It was a large area and the result was very pleasing both functionally and visually. All the doorway joins were very neat and professional as was all the finishing. They gave us good advice regarding finishing products for doorways and other areas where there were transition joins, this contributed to the overall effect and has transformed the house. We chose the quiet step underlay option and it is much quieter that we anticipated so very pleased. Will probably put the same flooring upstairs and will definitely contact Choices Flooring as our preferred first option for completing.

Terry and Yogesh at Choices Flooring Nelson are wonderful. They were really approachable and accomodating.There are a lot of things to consider when you’re renovating your first house and they patiently explained things. They helped us choose carpet and vinyl for our two bedroom flat that fit both within our time and budget constraints, which was a huge relief. They called around their warehouses and made 100% certain that our choice of flooring could be shipped to Nelson in time to meet our renovation dates, which were quite tight given that Covid had disrupted international shipping schedules and it was much harder to be certain how long things would take to arrive.We now have really beautiful modern flooring that matches in every room. It’s thick, plush and so incredibly soft. Every time I look down at the carpet I smile as it really is exactly the colour and style I had hoped for. We are really thankful.

They were very helpful, providing practical advice, easy access to samples to take home, they were quick, and efficient with quotes, & ordering. There was good communication throughout. I would certainly recommend Choices Flooring Nelson. Not only did I find Axminster Carpet there, which wasn't available at either of the two other carpet firms I contacted, but their other wool carpets were of excellent quality. Their staff were very helpful and couldn't have been more accommodating at a difficult time.
