They deliver to us at work every day..And if the delivery driver doesn't have the fall consignment, he takes it away and brings it back whole... The girl in the office are great too. Very easy to talk to and if you have a problem, they sort it out up quickly..

Customer Service over the phone was amazing as for the management well that's another story!! Had a parcel delivered and signed for by their driver not me and left on my doorstep nearly $600 worth gone!!! Within 2 days I had let them know what had happened..no reply for nearly a month only until I kept bugging them about it then they finally accept my claim do an investigation and proceed to tell me that has been denied because they claim I was past the 14 day claim period. Sent all my correspondence to them to show actually I was well within the timeframe even the business i brought the product off was asking them why this claim was denied still no response from them ! Never received any correspondence from them to myself to say what was happening now this was in February and I still haven't had any communication from them or even a courtesy email.even after me emailing to ask what is happening!!! Would definitely not recommend this company and they have to have the worst service.

Excellent experience. Tahlia was very helpful and thanks to her I have successfully sent a parcel off to Hamilton that the opposition couriers were so very difficult about and clearly were not interested. Yes it was an awkward item of freight but all it took was a can do attitude. Thank you Tahlia - superb service and greatly appreciated. Called 8 times in regards to a lost parcel that had claimed to be delivered but hadn’t. No one answered the phone any of the times I rung so now I’m waiting for a email hoping I haven’t just lost a $400 parcel! Very disappointed

Delivery date: 05 March 2022. Todays date: 25 March 2022. Package not received!!!! I am absolutely appalled by the service (not) provided. Three weeks down the track of a supposed delivered package. I would never have known if I hadn't have tracked it and after innumerous telephone contact. I am stunned by the purposeful negligent response of your team!!!! In one instance I was told that my query would be followed up. In another I was told the nominated driver delivered my package to a 'non existent' mailbox. I don't have one!!! Next I'm told to enquire with neighbours whether they received it on my behalf!! Then I requested that the nominated driver call in to my work place (on State Highway 2, Manutuke Fuel and Store, easy to find and enroute to perhaps other deliveries) so that I could ascertain exactly where the package was left. I also provided my contact number, should that be simpler. Neither occurred. Today I was blatantly told to request a replacement from the company I'd purchased this item from and the responsibility was mine!!! If it's not your responsibility then at least I expect accountability in terms of a delivery and receipt protocol. To this end, I've had enough of incompetency and so make no apology for my negative reaction. NB: If there were a negative star rating, it would be a minus 20+ and endorsed. I wanted to submit an authority to leave form for a parcel expected tomorrow. The instructions say to fill it in and FAX it back. As I live in the 21st century and not the 19th, I no longer have a fax. So I tried phoning the local branch. NO ONE ANSWERED, TWICE. On my first attempt I tried waiting 2.5 minutes for someone to pick up the phone, then gave up. The second time I waited over SEVEN MINUTES and still no one answered. These calls were made between 2pm and 3pm on a Wednesday afternoon, when it would reasonable to expect a professional, competent business to have someone answering calls. Clearly, they are neither. AVOID!

I have had two deliveries this week,and the service has been fantastic, the young guy was so pleasant and had a great personality..Thankyou Post Haste..

My parcel has been on the delivery van for 2 days. tried ringing to find out what the story is but no one answers the phone. 2 separate days no answers stay as far away from this company. they are useless I have to drive 10ks now to the branch to sort. A $20 freight charge now going to cost over a $100 in time and fuel

worst courier service I've received. First they would deliver to my street, which is a normal street in our town. then when I told them where to deliver to my place of work, they delivered to a different city (same street address) 27 km away.
