Great camera shop for all your photographic supplies. These guys are experts and really good to deal with.

Carters is the best place to develop your film, I’ve tried so many places in the bay of plenty and Carters produce amazing quality every time. I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Excellent customer service too, the team is lovely.

Fantastic people to deal with. I ordered a lens online and Matt phoned me to check that it was going to fit my camera... I had made a mistake and it wasn't going to fit, so he offered an immediate refund or he could help me find another lens. I am very grateful for such incredible service and a wealth of knowledge. I would highly recommend!! :)

Very friendly team and very helpful when you have a problem on everything to do with Camera Equipment. They will price match if you find something cheaper somewhere else if possible. If you want excellent advice I recommend Carters Photographics for all of your photography needs. I have enjoyed their free evenings looking at different brands of products and enjoyed their photographic outings trying out different camera gearbrands etc. They give good advice in the shop or on the phone.Regards Alex Hunter

DO NOT GO TO THIS GUY FOR PASSPORT PHOTOSWhen you get a passport size photo for passports it is a legal document and stays with you for many years, but this bloke took a bad photo of me and did not even tell me. One of my shoulder was up and another was down and when i pointed that out he was like they only look at your face i mean come on have a decency please, if a customer is not satisfied why just force it on to him. I have been there in the past and both my kids got photos done from them but there is always a lady who takes photo and she take few photos and cross checks with us to make sure we are on the same page. This was a big disappointment. I straight away went to Warehouse stationery and they did a splendid job.

Great customer service! I have purchased two RF lenses from Carters Photographics (RF 24-105mm f/4L IS USM) & (Canon RF 100-500mm F4.5-7.1L IS USM) and have not been disappointed. I will be back I'm sure.5 Stars!

Great shop, all I needed, a little bit pricey, but good quality.I had a vhc digitalized and they did it within a day. Had to pay extra for putting it on a USB stick the quality was good (as good as you can get from a 25 year old VHC). The first 5 minutes were missing so I went back and they redid it for free and without any questions. Good service and very helpful and friendly.
