Their pre-owned games are often more expensive than the same titles brand new elsewhere, so be wary of that. I asked if they match prices and the store attendant appeared uninterested and didn't even face me to speak to me. The store stocks a lot of collectable figurines and novelty items such as t-shirts, stationery etc. They have a wide range of games and gaming accessories but as mentioned before, the price isn't flash.

Bought Mario 3D All-Stars for the switch today - when I got home I opened the case to find I had received Mario 3D World for switch instead... I spent $94 dollars on the correct game and received the wrong one. This is the second time I've purchased a game in-store and been given the wrong disc/cartridge.Unacceptable. Employees need to pay more attention. Not shopping here again...

Small but very cozy shop, friendly staff that dont mind chatting, or just letting you do your own thing. One of my favorite shops to look around. Even if I don't get anything.

I have been using this store for years and they have always been polite, professional and helpful. I recently needed to get my ps4 fixed and they(mainly James) went out of their way to accommodate my needs in a timely and cost efficient manor. Thanks!
