Bought Milwaukee Tools from there which are supposed to carry a warranty from Loventools that meets the Milwaukee warranty. Dropped skill saw in with warped base plate within warranty and discussed as warranty. When i go to collect they told me it is $100 with no prior warning and then tell me the warped plate is wear and tear and they only warranty the motor and switches. I wont be buying from here again!

The warranty these people offer is useless. Milwaukee 5 year warranty declined by their tech" because the filter was not cleaned out. Do yourself a favour and buy a NZ new product with a warranty and not their parallel imported products that they do not stand behind."

Was looking for a part and charged me $150 for a dewalt table saw on and off switch.Went too all trades in henderson and was $45.Not too sure how they doing their prices.

Good range of tools and equipment, can cop a good deal if you have a yarn

All my tools come from here they have a great selection and just about anything you want amazing aprons simply the best you can get they will repair any tool and if they can't find anything wrong they won't charge love this place only one real gripe I've got when you go in there as a tradesman you want to walk around pick up a tool and see the price but not here I was a wee bit disappointed none of the tools have prices so you have to get an assistant to come with you and then get the tool go back to the desk look through the computer and then tell you it's way too expensive it's just a waste of time we don't have all day and times money so for god sakes put the prices on the tools but apart from that they always aim to please and they will give you a discount plus all of their tools a top notch I mean near the best of the best I bought myself an Occidental apron one of the best buys I've bought even though it was $659 you have it for life doesn't wear out it's an extension of yourself and overtime the apron has your personality I believe it's a part of you

Mostly parallel imported tools at great prices, they have opened on the shore and in Mt Wellington as well.

Rude staff, faulty product can not be swapped or refund. Don’t buy from them.
