I love the team here, they honestly deserve more than 5 stars with the support and encouragement they provide. They make everyone feel welcome which is truly important.They help you substitute exercises when you have an injury or just not feeling it, and help perfect the exercise so you are doing it correctlyIf you join the f45 Rangiora team you won't regret it ❤️❤️
