Best tire shop in Christchurch thay look after you well have $60 buck tires to premiums and thay love there jobs and will get to you asap..... but 1 thing there coffee sux lmao

Have been to Road Rubber since the take over with a new owner got great advice, low prices and a fast turn over! Even after a last minute a walk in on a Saturday before close, I got the bonus of being able to have a loan car until the vehicle was back with me only a couple hours later. Have recommended loads of people to this business will continue to support it as needed! Thanks again to the new owner Jack, appreciate it!!!

Not a good experience. Booked in the day before and arrived a bit late. Wanted money upfront and added $40 fitting to the price they quoted the day before. Then took over 2 hours to fit. Lack of tools to remove wheel nuts had to borrow sockets off a neigh bor business and then staff left for what I assume was afternoon tea. People who did not book arrived and left before me. I have used them for years but this is the last time. It would not be hard to find some other tyre place that does offer service.

Had my car booked in for wheel alignment twice and both times turned up only to find the equipment broken,unsure why these guys can't ring u prior to advise you ,but they did offer to schedule me both times at another company the following day so we'll done. I also purchased 4 tyres the previous week and I was very happy with that service and the tyres and price.

Awsome place if u are in rush, always you will find the right tyre seize of your car here with out any appointment just get here and get your tyre sourced, Awsome and friendly staff here nice big place to seat and wait while your car is being fixed also they provide free coffee just help your self. You got to visit them to know the price lol, for wheel alignment you need a booking… they have a big stocks of second hand tyres aswell…

Got a good price here for 2nd hand tyres here, which I left them to put on my car.However couple of weeks later I was warned in a different centre that I had got wrong nuts on my wheels (too small) and it's not safe at all (see the difference in the pic). So I had to bought new nuts for $150.

Since encoutering a problem with some staff on this site in the probabilty of a potential sale the owner Jack Thompson went out of his way in a most professional manner to ensure i had total customer satisfaction even though what i wanted is not available at this time (possibly in NZ).I appreciate the time and effort Jack has gone into to rectify my complaint and try to source the items i required.At the moment i dont require the services they have but rest assured i will go to them in future times if i do ....... to any reader ... please ignore the comments in my previous complaint
