The Hines team arrived within two hours of our call. The team requested a senior electrician who was called in to confirm their diagnosis that our partial power outage was due to supply failure and loss of phasing. They advised us on how to maintain safety in the house (turn off the power) while they lodged an urgent service request to Vector. Vector arrived 6 hours later and temporarily fixed the power supply problem to their aging power pole which in turn meant our phasing was again operable. Although further permanent repairs are needed to be carried out by Vector.

Hines took a lot of time to find out what I wanted and communicated with me promptly. The install went really well and the tech was very tidy. They came back promptly when I realised that one of the cameras was in the wrong position. I would totally recommend this company for CCTV install as they know what they are talking about

Jamie replaced the broken hot element in our oven.He came promptly after my phone call, diagnosed the problem then ordered and installed the new element a few days later.He is very capable and worked hard.I am a very happy customer.
