I always appreciate the advice I get here. Clearly staff know their trade. Brand name and store branded products are backed by guarantees and return policies which gives me the confidence to come here. Worth keeping an eye on the specials.

Been a customer for 10 years after SCA gave poor service. The female today at Repco was rude, dismissive of my questions, she did not have a grasp on time management due to 'alot of online orders', asked me to pick up an order I PAID for to be delivered without offering to credit my fee. It certainly is disappointing to deal with this type of customer service 'provider' (or lack there of).

After contacting Repco Rotorua Te Ngae Rd shop and upon quoting our rego no several times we were told the part was in stock. We had a family member pick up & pay for the part and travel over 264k's to bring it to us only to find out it was the wrong one. Very frustrating & a waste of time.

Came to this store to get a product that was on special, they don't stock that product when asked if they can order it in and honor the special they said no they couldn't do that. I wanted to buy multiple units. Lost a sale of over $400 . Been to this store a few times and had similar average experiences. Think they need to learn from the bigger chain stores on customer service.

Store has ample parking. Lovely clean spacious store. Products easily accessible well stocked and pricing tags all visible. This day I observed dissention between young employer and mature employer. Mature employer seemed to bring baggage to place of employment. I wasn't sure where to look hence my reason for only 3 stars. Felt sorry for the young man who came to serve me.

An enquiry for a Peugeot 206 provided me with the parts needed at a fair price. Brake options for this vehicle were determined and the parts arrived next morning as promised. The staff member was helpful and efficient, even sending a pic of the parts required to confirm that they were correct. Much appreciated. Thanks folks.
