Real bad quality. Fish ain't fresh, its frozen and smells terrible, barely any fish, its smothered in batter. Fried rice no good either, rice was so hard. Only good thing out of this place was the chips. Wouldn't Recommend this place.

The chips are always so yum and cooked well. However I tried their fish for the first time tonight and so did my dad and we have been up all night and have been severely sick with food poisoning !! I definitely wont be buying anything else other than chips from there. Such a shame!

Terrible food, everything looked like it was cooked in old oil and needed changing. Ordered the 10pack and 1/2 dozen nibbles, nibbles were hard it seemed like they were double dipped and was not pleasant to eat, we had to remove the hard batter. Chips were ok but the fish was so floppy/soggy it was horrible. Threw away our order and will not return to this paticular takeaway.

Disappointed they don't do the crinkle cut chips anymore! The chips from this place used to be my favorite now the chips they have are like they are old and have been recooked in the oil to heat them up. Dry in the middle and burnt tasting. ☹Would suggest you go back to the chips you used to make :)

Possibly the worst Fish n chips I've had in 20years. Paid $8 a fillet for snapper which must have been caught in the late 80's. Really disappointing, I can't comment on any other items but I wouldn't recommend snapper burgers or snapper fillets.

Nice for the most part, great value for money ... A tad let down by the fish, strikes me that it's 1 fillet that's then been cut in half, too skinny making it dry once cooked ... Haven't tried the burgers yet however but they look scrumptious

The most revolting takeaways. Everything tasted like old oil.Asked for a cheese burger & you could barely see any cheese on it or sauce! Dry , tasteless rubbish. Far from impressed & definitely won’t be back!!

First time in 40 years I've returned food to a takeaway or written a bad review, I don't want anyone else to waste their money. The entire meal was inedible! A chow mein, egg foo Yong, wonton and noodle dish all gross and dry. Everything tasted off. We took the whole lot back and after a few discussions on the phone got half our money back. I am all about supporting local and small businesses but this one time I can't ignore.
