If your a vegetarian its great because even when you buy a $14 lamb or chicken kebab you will get all salad and almost no meat, very dissatisfied for the money paid. Stop being so stingy!!! Its called a LAMB or CHICKEN kebab for a reason!!

Have been here a few times. Mainly just for the Tiramisu! But the lamb salad was nice too. Good pleasant service and atmosphere.

While the culinary experience at this restaurant is appreciable, I found myself bamboozled by their unconventional serving approach. Ingeniously or otherwise, meals are presented in takeaway containers, with a curious twist – they're served upside down. The box's larger bottom serves as the lid, creating a deceptive magnification effect that makes the portion appear more generous than it truly is. The true lid, smaller in comparison, is positioned at the bottom, its polite Thank you" message wryly revealing the container's intended orientation. A noteworthy quirk

A fabulous place to relax and have the most scrumptious lamb meal. Meat choices are available. Well worth the visit. Ex Pilkingtons!! This is a new eating place in Whangarei. Great atmosphere. Excellent overall. Have returned more than twice......Back for another great lunch again. Great service. Offered an ice cold water with our meal. That does not happen in other eateries very much!! Relax and read a newspaper whilst there. Can not complain about anything in this Cafe. A+++++

I have been here twice. Was hoping the second time they would redeem themselves. The first time my pita pocket had more onions than anything else and so much sauce it fell apart. Today the contents of my kebab were fine but the wrap was not toasted so the whole experience was doughy and cold. Both times the staff were unfriendly and seemed to be miserable in their jobs. Very disappointing as the premises itself is quite pleasant. Can get cheaper and better options elsewhere. I won't be back.
