Chemist Warehouse Hastings
Terrible,rude service (in the actual chemist part) and extremely slow. Also no communication for doctors scripts and the pharmacy. Went almost 3 days without my medication because they didn’t realise I had a new script.

Hastings Chemist Warehouse has the worst customer service I've ever encountered .Really terrible service. I was shook. In all my time working in retail and these young girls behind the counter are more interested in speaking rudely about the customer they just served while I'm waiting to be served. Then when they finally stop chatting with each other they looked at me, laughed and then took another 5 minutes to to scan and process 2 items.

Great store & thank you for bringing on to Hastings. I am so pleased that you have a free prescription service. So handy to my home.The variation of products, cosmetics, perfumes, vitamins, etc. is vast and exciting.

Rude service, mostly in the pharmacy area where you pick up medication. The employees need to work on how to talk to people and the way they conduct themselves. I will never go here again, I’m trying to figure out a way I can get my prescriptions sent to another pharmacy.

Usually really good shopping there, staff aw friendly except last week. Went to counter, staff member was chewing gum like a cow chewing it's cud. I asked if they had a certain product out back, and she just looked at the shelf and then looked at me and asked again what the product was. I repeated myself 3 times, and she looked at the display and said no. I asked if she just thought there was or did she check the system.. all the while chewing gum...Nice!!

Was in there yesterday with my sister. A lovely young man helped us find things we were after. Knew where the products were, took us there and gave us information about the various brands.

Its got everything you need in a very large warehouse! The staff are helpful ... my only complaint is that the young girl serving on the front counter, who had just asked to confirm my name and address, addressed me as love!! My pet hate, it made me feel 30 years older than I am!!!!

Although all the staff there were super helpful I HAVE to point out how great Jayden is. As someone who is a manager of customer service I need to applaud his every move that he did! He found smells I liked, made sure I was 100% sure about the purchase (suggested I walked around first just to make sure I really did like it ) which showed he didn’t care about making money he cared about making me happy! Ladies who read this and need to find a smelly, Ask for Jayden, he is truly a god send! ✨ make sure he sees this!
