What a great service from Glade Wharf to Te Anau downs after an epic run on the Milford Track! Mark was full of smiles (even though we were a bit late) great chat and even had a cold one for us! Exceptional

We booked onine for a scheduled service across the lake and could not have been happier.The driver turned up on time, checked the names, and off we went.Dropped at the beach right opposite Te Anau, we then spent 90 minutes or so doing a small section of the stunning Kepler Track to the Control Gates and then another 90 minutes or so of the much more boring track around the lake back to town.Other options include walking up the mountain and a return boat back, or a longer walk down to the track head at Rainbow Reach with a bus pick up back to town - pretty much any option they are happy to accommodate.Others on board just turned up and paid, and at the other end, some campers flagged the driver down and he turned the boat back to pick them up.An easy, scenic way to start a great walk, or just enjoy part of this wonderful scenery.

Good way to cut out the first 1.5 hours of the Kepler track, especially if you are just doing a day hike to Luxmore summit. You can walk the initial part on the way down. It is $25 each way, but when I went (early Nov), there were only a total of 3 passengers.

Water Taxi was on-time and easy to find. It saved us more than a few km on our 3 day Kepler Track Walk. We also used their services to book a vehicle relocation and luggage store. They provide a great service.

Amazing experience!!We had a less than positive experience with another operator.These guys helped out, contacted the other tour and caught us up to them.If I had known earlier I would have stayed and done other trips to see the less tourist side of the lake and surrounds

A highlight of the week in Aotearoa New Zealand was day hiking up to the Luxmore Hut and back. Kepler Water Taxi and Fiordland Outdoors made it possible. They helped me plan beforehand and the service was great. Thank you!

Prompt and friendly service with lots of guidance for our walk. The water taxi from Te Anau to Brod Bay, followed by the lakeside walk back to Te Anau makes for a fantastic half day outing.

We used this service to do a day hike on the Kepler track.While it is a useful service we were disappointed as the journey outwards left twenty minutes after the scheduled time and for the journey back we had to wait for other groups to go first before being allowed on. This again added a delay of half an hour.All in all it meant we didn't walk as far as we would have liked to. The service is also very expensive for what is essentially a 5-10 minute boat ride (50 dollars per person return).Therefore, we would not recommend this service unless necessary.

Really efficient, friendly, well informed driver running a very useful taxi service. Calm and reassuring for the passengers who were doing Kepler for the first time. Lots of useful tips shared on our short crossing. Highly recommend.
