I'm going to have to go 3 stars because I've had both good and average service here.The good being the young Indian guy who gave is fantastic service when we upgraded our phones. When ever we upgrade we get great service.Average being I had to bring my phone back for repair and I was never contacted to say it was back in the store. I just happened to be passing by and decided to pop in and check after 5 weeks. I was told we tried to contact you" but I could show them on my call log that that definitely didn't happen"

Not bad if your just viewing stuff they don't really want to serve you but as soon as you walk back in and buy something well you get service with a smile I suppose it depends on who's working at the time

They where really helpful In the store. But when we asked about the I telnet they couldn't do us a better deal than we are on it was going to cost more. But got fantastic service on the phones and she told us pro and con about the different phones when we asked questions I would recommend Sinead to anyone at the palms store

Very busy store, but we were attended to in a reasonable amount of time. The service was excellent from the sales person that helped my wife and I.
