Not very helpful. Previously this store has been helpful and installed sims for me because I am a Spark customer of 37 years, regardless of whether the phone was from them or not. Must be just a franchise now.

We had the most wonderful young lady help us with our move to a new property and combining our 2 mobile accounts and internet account. This young lady was new and still learning. She was bubbly polite and didn't get at all flustered. When she got stuck she asked her colleagues for help all of whom were all very happy to help. She was amazing as was the rest of your team. Thanks guys fir an awesome experience.

Found the service on multiple occasions pretty good. Able to talk me thru using the app to manage overseas data. Staff seem nice with good but not exceptional service

Ryan was absolutely marvellous. I am extremely deaf and and he put me at ease. He had good product knowledge and certainly used it on my Mobile. Thanks so muchWhen Ryan was not available Sunil helped me. He was kind and and solved my problems. Thank you

Sadly, another bad experience with a frustrating Spark assistant today. He was so confident that what the computer system told him was right, that he would not listen to reason. If I was not so familiar with the matter, his arrogant ignorance could have cost me hundreds of dollars. Thank goodness for a competitive marketplace, though Spark still often comes across as heartless monopoly. Upgraded to 2 stars because he did agree to double check on something that I am sure is wrong.My next experience was probably worse - I took in a phone to get them to unlock it, not only did they take ages and fail to unlock it, they put another kind of lock on, so made the situation worse. I ended up doing it myself.

I encountered a very rude staff member, pushing my Mum out of their way while she was trying to look at a phone. No apologies or manners to be seen in this store. Only one staff member approached asking if we needed help and that was after I came, no one had offered my mum any help before I arrived.
