First time user. Went for WOF- Fabulous service. Dropped me to work, and then dropped my car off to save me sorting a ride back, without asking. Very impressed

This was my second time having my car serviced here. Staff are friendly and ring to advise of any extra work that needs to be done so you don't get a shock when you pick your car back up. I'm taking my car back in for more work in a couple of weeks and I'm very happy to recommend this company to everyone.

Key: dmauto - Deane Mark Auto ShoppeNot one for reviews but future customers should read this before dealing with ‘Deane Mark Auto Electrical - Te Awamutu’.- Vehicle first went in on an insurance claim.- Took ‘x’ amount of months/days for claim to come through.- Seven months I’m total for the vehicle to be fixed. (Which upon pick up it did not start.)- Car was with Deane Auto Shoppe for seven months. (A substantial amount of time!) During this time communication was poor.I’d find myself calling dmauto to ask for a progress report. Was very, very frustrating.- When I finally went to collect the car, it was not fixed and would not start.- As you can imagine I was so upset with the service and now the vehicle itself was not even working. As someone attempted to start the vehicle remarks such as ‘you’ll never fix that car’ were being shouted from another worker. (I have a video recording of this)- I told them “not good enough” to which someone from dmauto had called an off-duty police officer to come tell me to leave! (Uh hello, my car wouldn’t start?)- If dmauto were inapt to fix my vehicle they could have done the right thing and saved me time, stress and money.In total the vehicle bill was $x…I have since been to another mechanic and have photo evidence of the supposed work dmauto had performed and proof they failed miserably on a professional standard. Namely: a missing bolt and an old part that had not been replaced.Bmw parts are marked with a date to indicate replacing or in this case (DODGY, lazy and inapt service)Based of the principal of poor service and a bad work culture, be warned before dealing with “these guys!”Do better Deane Mark Auto, you give NZ a bad name.

Friendly, prompt service, replaced my indicator bulb straight away, done in less than 15 minutes. I will definitely use this business again if needed.

My experience is one of positivity and my expression is none other then absolute gratitude and appreciation. An experience I have never before had the privilege of facing where the service I had was beyond expectation from the people who worked on my car to the very core of reception where paper work stuff and those types of details are dealt with. I could not have asked for a better team of people to work on my car. I am obsessed lol and I will be back. Deane Mark, whoever you are, your Auto Electrical Yard is the BOMB DIGGITY!!!
