A family member had Gas & Plumbing highly recommended so called them when a tennis ball was stuck in a drain. They were told it was a really simple job and it was completed quickly and efficiently by very professional well-presented guys.When the invoice came there were a lot of hidden costs that hadn't been explained that meant this simple and quick job cost almost $300.When called to discuss some of these costs the response wasn't constructive and was ruder than expected.The people doing the work are great, but make sure you ask about all possible costs before getting the job booked. Another review on Yellow says that it cost the customer over $200 to have a tap washer replaced. More transparency on costs, and maybe even fixed pricing would make this a great company.

Over priced with totally unjustified charges. Rude service and lack of communication when asked for further services. Would definitely shop around before calling these guys out.

I live down a shared driveway involving 5 units. One of them had a water problem then found there was no seperate toby so today when they came back to fix it, turned main toby off on the road & never told any of the other units (we were all home!!!)I phond the co.and all I got was a smart mouth & evasiveness. Also the same from the land lord. So wonderful to deal with fairminded people like that, NOT!

We have used Gas and Plumbing to fix at least half a dozen different plumbing problems over the last few years. Each time the service has been prompt, friendly and efficient, and the bill has been reasonable. A pleasure to deal with.
