Jimmy & Doug were responsible for getting my household effects from the Wellington ferry up to the Kapitit Coast. They were a very pleasant couple who worked quickly and efficiently to make sure each item was placed in the correct room and soon had my new cottage looking like a home. It was a very hot day but they carried on regardless and I was very pleased with the results. They told me that Crown would collect all the wrapping paper and boxes when I was ready.

Great guys, JP, Marcus and Wayne.arrived at time . We packed alot of goods but they checked and made sure all were sealed. They were super careful packing our furniture and paintings. Now we await arrival of goods in Nelson next wee.

We've had all of our things packed and picked up and it's been excellent so far. Nigel was superb and extremely helpful in working around the real difficulties of our irregular international relocation. The packing crew of Jimmy, Rangi, and Doug were very good and worked around us quietly and easily. Jimmy was particularly helpful. Thanks guys!

The team were great at their job and it is an experience to watch them work. Some of the boxes space could have perhaps been maximised to save on space but overall job well done. Workspace left clean.

The best thing about Crown was having only to deal with one company at both ends (UK and NZ). The hardest part was dealing with Crown on the UK end as sometimes it would take ages to hear back from my emails, but the NZ end was much better. Sometimes the messaging was not consistent - how long it would take, what would happen once the containiner arrived in NZ, when our empty boxes could get picked up. But generally really happy with the service given the current global constraints

JD and Marcus were awesome! Super helpful and took very good care of my belongings. The service was reasonably priced. Would have been 5 stars but they were 3 hours late and only called me after 2 hours of being late to say they were on their way. Would definitely book with Crown and ask for these guys again
