Prompt, helpful service with the flat tyre change. Then sourced new tyre (rang me with quote) and came to my house to replace the spare the next day at exactly the time he said. Amazing service. Thank you !

Call out to diagnose why my car would not start. Great service, kept me informed when they would arrive, stayed with me for more than an hour trying to diagnose and fix fault. Helped me get a tow and find a repair shop. Then did not charge me because they did not get me going even though I implored Cesar to charge me for his time. He refused as it is their policy. To top that off Cesar followed up the next day to see how I got on with the repair. I definitely highly recommend this company, they know what customer service is and practice it.

I called RoadAid to help with a flat battery. The call was answered promptly and the service was friendly and professional. They had a good knowledge of the area where I was parked. They came as soon as possible, but were delayed because of traffic. On arrival they tested the battery and found it was ready for replacement. They offered to come to my home to replace it. They provided a competitive quote and came the same day. Excellent job. Very impressed and I recommend them to anyone in a similar predicament. Thank you and well done guys.

So grateful, we has called multiple places and no one picked up or called us back. Road Aid was with us within 40 minutes and had us back on the road within 10 minutes. Eftpos was avaliable at the site which made things so much less stressful. Great service and very friendly.

I cannot recommend this company highly enough. They made a very stressful situation incredibly easy. Great communication and compassionate understanding by Caesar. They fixed the car problems with care for what was necessary and I could afford. They were the only company prepared to come and assist on a Public Holiday. Thank you. Highly recommend to others.

Highly reccomend! Prompt, friendly service and they were are very straightforward about their prices with no hidden additional costs associated which similar companies often have.
