By chance, I was lucky enough to be one of the first customers at Joy's new premises in Devonport. She is transforming it into a beautiful tranquil space, and I had a wonderful deep tissue massage. Joy was extremely professional, and I will definitely be back. Thank you Joy!

Thank You, Thank You, Thank You Joy! - After a somewhat stressful year I was visiting family in Auckland and happened upon Joy's Haven Thai Spa. Suffering from lower back pain which I also believe was contributing to pain down my left leg along with considerable discomfort in my shoulders and neck I decided to have a theraputic massage at Joy's Thai Spa. Absolutely amazing and I can honestly say the results were incredible. That night the pain in my lower back was all but completely gone. That night I slept like a new born baby. The stiffness in my neck and shoulders a thing of the past. Simply put, Devonport is lucky to have her and I sincerely hope others get to experience the healing Joy is clearly and professionally able to provide. I only wish she was in the South Island. Joy, you will always be highly recommended, Thank you so much.

Amazing Thai massage with Joy two weeks ago. I've had a frozen shoulder for a year now, and woke up particularly sore and stiff while I was visiting Auckland. Joy gave me a last minute appointment, and I felt so much better afterwards. She is very empathetic and communicated well during the massage to make sure I was comfortable with the various techniques and pressure etc. I highly recommend and would love to visit again.

How fortunate for those of us living in Devonport to have Joy set up shop in our neighbourhood. I went in with a stiff upper back. The massage was sublime. The stretching and pressure was perfect to relive the tension in my body. Joy combined both deep tissue massage, hot stones, and good amount of stretching. I would highly recommend this place whether you need some deep tissue to recover from a workout or something on the relaxing side after a stressful day on the computer.

One of the best massages I've ever had, I have straight away booked in for a second! Highly highly recommend for a relaxing therapeutic massage. A very beautiful clinic also - bit tricky to find the right part of the building at first but plenty of parking and easy to get to once you know where it is.

This is genuinely the best massage place I have ever been to. I visited three times already, each time I saw a different therapist and they were all equally good at what they did. I cannot recommend it enough.

Had an accident over easter 2023. Since then I've been to three different osteopaths and three different massage therapists to fix my back and neck.I'd just seen the latest osteopath for the 3rd time and felt no different. Straight after I went to get a massage at Haven. After Joy's massage I felt for the first time in 5 weeks that my muscles are finally unlocking from the shock of the accident.Joy knew exactly where all the problems are and how to manipulate the areas that are impacted. She was careful but firm. I can walk without the intense lower back pain. And she reduced the neck ache that's sending nerve pain to my brain. Sooo happy :o). For the first time in 5 weeks my body feels like it's finally on the road to recovery. Can't wait for my next massage with Joy.Had a massage with a trainee at Haven the week before. While she's not as skilled and experienced as Joy (because she's training) her massage was so relaxing I decided to go back. Super glad I did!Haven seems to produce excellent massage therapists. Highly recommend!p.s. the tea they give you at the end is beautiful and the spa itself is clean, warm and inviting.p.p.s the therapists wash their hands after they've massaged your body, before they massage your face at the end. Love it!

One of the best massages I have ever had - after a long few months working from home I went in with a very sore and stiff back and Joy has left me feeling so better all ready. I will definitely be returning and recommending Joy to everyone I know!
