Called them with a gas problem. Their worker Glen arrived and remedied the difficult problem in minutes. He was prompt, trustworthy and friendly at all times. The account was very acceptable. We highly recommend Laser Plumbing and won’t hesitate contacting them in the future

Great service from answering the phone in a professional manner (other local plumbers were rude or just grunted a greeting) to prompt and expert assistance.We found Laser Plumbing Waihi very good. The plumber who came was friendly, professional, knew his trade and a credit to the company he works for.We will definitely use Laser Plumbing again.

Plumbing was not according to the plans despite specifically pointing the changes out to the plumber. When they came back to fix it the installation still didn't conform to the plan. The owner of the business did the return work and was clearly in a bad mood for the whole job.
