Just got my brows done by the RUDEST and laziest woman.Been getting threading done for around 20 years so very aware of how the service goes. I sat in the chair, she removed a few hairs between my brows and lids and in less than 30seconds later she said done".I said "sorry

This is my go to place when it comes to threading. I always look for Lavi cause she knows what exactly I want and she always does it according to my preference .

Had been waiting for 20 minutes along with 3 other customers. One worker started telling people walking in that they weren’t taking anymore customers so the 3 of us already waiting assumed we would be seen as we had been there for a bit already. Worker then tells us at 8:15pm we have to come back tomorrow as she finished at 8pm and the other worker won’t be done for another 45 mins… their store closes at 9pm & they’ve stopped taking customers at 8pm?? So unprofessional & worker didn’t seem to care. Will not be coming here anymore.

I’ve had my eyebrows done at many beauty clinics / brow boutiques (some of which are quite expensive) but NOBODY can compare to Lavi!! I specifically ask for Lavi as she does an AMAZING job on both tinting and shaping my brows

I came here as I’ve had a couple of good experiences in the past and the last 2 times have been extremely dissapointed… I wanted my eyebrows waxed and tinted, she didn’t remove the tint completely and threaded my eyebrows after waxing… one of the ladies have threaded a chuck out of my eyebrow and completely missed other spots they’re not even close to being even. I cried the hole way home as It looked horrible. Safe to say I’ll never be coming back.

Great eyebrows most of the time but it depends who you get. Today I went and came out with lop sided eyebrows with one half missing. The lady was rude and insulted me when I wanted them to be darker as I had said dark brown please. After being a loyal customer but not after today. This lady shouldn’t be doing eyebrows! Bad workmanship and horrendous attitude

I usually get my waxing and threading done here quite regularly for the past 5years. Today I had the most unpleasant experience with a consultant with no customer skills whatsoever. She charged for threading on my chin separately as she said it was under the chin. No where in the price lists does it stipulate under the chin. Her lack of client support together with her most unpleasant attitude put me off going there again. I am contacting consumer council to query the under the chin pricing as such. When I got home I realized that she did such a hap hazard job. I have never had this experience prior. Beauty Club I am contacting consumer council to clarify your pricing

10/11/2022 - Pathetic experience - staff working there don't care about the customers at all - high time, owner/manager should take an action.I visited Beauty Club Westgate branch around 3.00pm. I was sitting in a waiting area until 4.00pm unattended. There were 2 staff working there, one staff was busy and other staff saw and that customers are waiting but no action taken and continue doing nothing other than coming in and going out. There were around 5 of us waiting out of which 3 just left.
