I had great service from 99 Bikes. Henry provided great service in recommending a suitable gravel bike, arranging for the bike to be built boxed and delivered to me in Nelson and if getting me a late half price offer, after I'd ordered the bike. An excellent experience all round.

I delt with Emma and she was great. She listened to what I wanted and picked the right bike for me, I love it! She was thorough and lovely to deal with. I wouldn't hesitate to come back and purchase from the team again.

Bought the last medium size CUBE Stereo e bike and was up in the hills in the afternoon with no issues.Good service and Henry was very friendly. Thanks for the good service 99 Bikes.

I have now bought 3 ebikes plus a few parts off 99Bikes Hornby. I keep going back because they are great. You don't necessarily expect first class service off a chain bike store, but I can say hand on heart I am always pleasantly surprised how good they are. Consistently friendly, helpful and knowledgeable with very competitive pricing. Highly recommended!

We recently bought 2x E bikes from Hornby 99 bikes and couldn't be happier!! ... the bikes are fantastic plus the service & support has been amazing!A situation arose post purchase and it was sorted out above & beyond what they needed to (they weren't actually obliged to do anything!!) a big thanks to Emma, especially, for the excellent communication & professionalism.I would highly recommend shopping with these guys, they really know their stuff and value their customers:)

What a great team I encountered this afternoon at Hornby! I went in to collect my son's new bike which was assembled for free and the team member even offered to mount the drink bottle holder for free. I really appreciated being greeted at the counter quickly and the staff were so helpful to other customers while we were there. Highly recommend this branch of 99 Bikes.

Great service as it always is. Henry is knowledgeable and patient. He didn't have to fish with me, and provided 3 options yet one that hit the mark in a reasonable budget. I wish the majority of businesses operated as good as this one.My only thought of a good driver for differnt types of cyclists, is to offer a seat swap out at purchase. Or communicate with the manufacturer that some of the seats are like siting on a small brick! If I buy another seat that is more comfortable, the original ends up being a weird paper weight.Just an opinion, but (excuse the pun) comfort is key to riding a bike for any distance.Otherwise, 99Bikes Hornby is the best place to start shopping for mid to high quality affordable bikes and awesome customer service.4.8 out of 5

Fantastic service. Thank you 99 bikes Hornby team. Bought Ebikes and Rack through on9, after pick up rack from other branch found that the rack is not suitable for Ebikes, thanks for receptionist patiently explain to us and suggest solution for us. Their service is really amazing.

I bought my bike from here and I had an amazing report with everyone in the shop. They kindly contacted me for the annual service every time, and I recently needed the back wheel rim replaced.The service was quick, very affordable and when picking the bike I looked for a chain lock.Henry was incredibly helpful, a wealth of knowledge about bike servicing and accessories, all support in a very friendly and professional manner.Thanks
