Pretty terrible customer service from the older man when I asked to try a guitar, can't imagine how beginners feel when walking in the store. Must have not liked the look of me.

Although this is a smaller store, they are well equipped with a lot of the essentials (with exception of 3.5mm TRS stereo to 2×1/4 for balanced or unbalanced mixer inputs), the staff are very friendly and knowledgeable which helps a lot. If i could recommend anything, head office could do with expanding this shop and its stock range as a great distribution point.

Purchased a Takamine GN30 NAT yesterday from a very helpful sales gentleman. Tuned it when I got home and haven't stopped playing it since. Beautiful guitar at that price point. Thankyou Rockshop NP!

These guys know their stuff..We asked about keyboards, portable speakers for busking, and drum sticks.They worked well as a team to answer our questions..It was a good experience and the best music shop service I've experienced.Thanks guys...we will return to spend more putea.
