Muscle Maintenance - massage therapy and lymphatics

Alessia is very knowledgeable. She took the time to listen to my concerns, the consultation included showing me on a body map what muscles/ligaments were making me sore and tight. After my massage Alessia then showed me some stretching exercises to do at home to keep my muscles pain free. I have had many massages over the years, however Alessia's knowledge of the anatomy is very impressive.

Thank you Alessia - we appreciate you taking such great care working with our son and restoring him to full working order. He was rather apprehensive initially as had never received a sports massage however will now be a regular visitor to your fabulous new studio - thanks again.

I had the pleasure of booking a massage with Alessia on my last business trip to Christchurch. Her vibe is very friendly and relaxed. I enjoyed the music, the mood and the atmosphere of her room. Throughout the session she explained what she was doing to certain muscles and how the all connect with one another and if I was feeling pain in one particular area she would move to other muscles that may have actually been causing the pain. This was my favourite part as she had so much knowledge and was explaining things to me about my body that I didn’t know myself.I would absolutely recommend her services to anyone who is wanting actual muscle therapy.
