Place is fine. Location is great. Room was clean. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Had a great stay! Room was very large, service great, close to city center yet relatively quiet room.

Comfortable stay, room comes with a queen bed and a single bed. We booked the apartment without full kitchen.Assigned to room above the reception counter building, no lift service. Two flight of stairs to reach the room, lucky for us we already pack what we need into our back bag so don't need to unload our heavy luggage.Suggest to stayer to do the same. Only bring essential items with you, the car park is tight. to offload and upload luggage can be a tedious task.The place is conveniently located with a nearby New World and CountDown grocery shop. There are also plenty of eateries nearby. Car park provided.

Very clean and tidy. Stayed there several times. It is always excellent with helpful staff.

Lovely clean rooms, close to all city amenities

Perfect place to stay for my 2 week trip to Dunedin. Has everything I need. Clean. Great kitchen facilities. Good wifi. Great showers. Size is small but is totally fine for me.

The worst hotel in my entire new zealand trip. First, only limited apartments have elevator. Second, the receptionist (a senior woman) was very rude. She blamed us that we should have picked up the phone at the reception until she answers. In fact, we tried once but no one answer. We tried once again lately but also no one pick up the call (and the reception phone was ringing, weird). Then, she showed up and blamed us not to act so. We have no idea why she was so impolite. Also, we inserted coins to the dryer at the basement but failed. We seek for her help if she could advise what can we do politely. But she was in rage and blamed us we should have asked her if we would like to wash and dry our clothes at first, so she could advise us what to do. But the hotel guide book mentioned that guest can use those facilities. It was a very bad experience in new zealand, and a bit disappointed to the people in Dunedin as we met all people during out trip were super nce except here. Won't visit again.

Nice place to stay, and we'll priced. Roadworks in the city are a hassle at the moment but won't last forever.

Staff were very friendly, helpful and assisted us with directions around Dunedin. Our one bedroom was quite spacious we had 1 single and 1 double which were very comfortable. Hotel location was great very central walking distance to all restaurants, bars, museums and galleries. Great cafe across the road would definitely stay here again.
