You will be disappointed with the sales and service at Active Electrical Warkworth. I have been into this Electrical supplier on x3 separate occasions, always empty of customers, & have been disturbed by the cold disregard, unfriendly & unhelpful service. I am a woman with Engineering qualifications & 20yrs experience, yet I was treated like an idiot by a staff member who thought an IR TESTER (Insulation Resistance tester) was an InfraRed tester... HE'S the idiot & add rude & sexist too... These people have zero experience, zero personality & zero customer service skills. Go to JA Russell across the road, they are THE BEST in the business!!Don't trust Active Electrical Warkworth to give you accurate (safe) information. BEWARE, BE WARNED!! :(
