I had a storage garage at Kiwi Self Storage for over 10 years where I basically worked from & called in sometimes multiple times per day. I have now moved on to a new area but the service here was always brilliant. Courier deliveries were always straight forward & the staff were always friendly & very accommodating. Thank you.

I'm 100% satisfied with this storage. The convenient unit, the great communication, comfortable service - everything from the booking to the end of rent was smooth and easy. Nothing has been damaged during the storage neither papers nor fabric. I'm very appreciated for the service.

Newlands Kiwi Self-Storage: Excellent clear communication, friendly, quick, hassle free process to hire and access the unit. Security is comprehensive and feels safe to access alone. Facilities are in great condition with trollies available for easy moving of items. Exceeded my expectations by far! Highly recommended!

What an amazing experience. Such a helpful, diligent and respectful team. Really took the time to listen and offer solutions. Very informative. Great customer service by all staff members. If you get lost or stuck they're happy to help. The premises is clean and orderly. The Newlands lay out is fantastic and easy to figure out. Prime location too being just off the motoeway. Very secure and private. Also the team are super easy to communicate with and I have had no delay through email correspondence too. So happy I took the time to get my storage sorted through these guys. Made a stressful time so much easier.
