Great for exercise and the dogs and the family

Great Park for everyone, great pit shop for travelers or locals to enjoy. We love bring out daughter to feed the ducks and play on the playground. Which is near the rugby fields.

Need to put sign back up that's been down on grass for a while now. ( no dogs allowed on athlete field) & a doggy bin on the actual dog park would be great.

(It's straight across the road from the rugby grounds). We've had a pit stop there a couple of times now on our trip to Auckland. Good parking with a cool bridge across the lake to the 2 fields where you can stretch your legs, picnic, etc. I usually try to avoid public toilets (ugh) but the first time we stopped there, I really needed to go, so braved them. There's a small concrete block building with one toilet either side (one for male, one for female obviously). What a very pleasant surprise! The toilet on the ladies side was clean and spotless! And there's a handfoam pump on the wall above the (clean) sink. Don't think twice about going now, lol. I thought them well worth putting feedback on.

Big grounds, ample parking, small duck pond, filling station and dumping for Caravans

Great park with huge grass field

Great place to walk our dogs. Just a shame owners can't be bothered to pick up there dogs poo! Come on. It's law! Don't be so bloody lazy!!@

Went to watch grand daughter play netball great place .

Plenty of green space areas. Hard Courts also. Kids playground. Huge carpark areas, over nite camping in vehicles seen. Clean serviced toilets. Fully equipt gym requiring membership I think. Dog exercise area. Day Care facility across the road. Shops 1 km up the road.
