My family and I have used the services of William Cotton & Sons twice in the last year, firstly for my father’s funeral in June 2021 and again in May 2022 for my mother’s funeral and we have nothing but praise for the help, guidance and support they gave us during what was a very difficult time in our lives.Shane, Andrae, Jeanette and Rachel made us feel so calm and relaxed about the whole process, our experience with them was like a family interaction, they were so friendly, understanding, compassionate, kind and respectful, they took the time to get to know us and genuinely showed an interest in finding out more about my parents and what they were like. Their attention to detail was amazing, they did everything we asked of them and more and nothing was ever a problem for them, they went above and beyond to ensure that the celebration of my parent’s lives was just perfect and was carried out in such a caring and professional manner from start to finish and we will always be eternally grateful to them for honouring my parent’s final wishes so beautifully.
