I was welcome by friendly, and encouraging staff, enjoyed a couply classes and found the gear easy to use, and navigate around. Good community vibe. Highly recommend.

They have an awesome community pool that the kids love to go down and swim and play in from the beginning of summer to the end of summer. Good amount of shade cover for the parents watching kids swim. Life guard always on duty when the pool is open. I think it’s $2 under under 12 and $4 over 12.

Good monthly gym prices well equipped friendly and quiet.Also has other fitness programs going on through the week as well as a swimming pool.Pretty Awesome place!!

The best gym! Has everything you need and more. Really great community atmosphere, generally pretty quiet (depending when you go), great variety of machines. Super affordable too!

Over sixties fitness class: A valuable asset for TK. FANTASTIC. Great humour, easy to follow instructions, easy low impact exercises, warm pool, clean and well equiped and did I say great humour.
