I go to Tali every month for tattoo removal, and she is always so inviting, kind, and loving. She always has a smile on her face and makes me feel completely safe and confident with the procedure. I recommend her to anyone who is looking for tattoo removal. She is the best

I had such a great experience for my first tattoo removal session! The space is so beautiful and Tali is amazing - so friendly and professional. The process itself was very quick and not nearly as painful as I had anticipated. Would 100% recommend!

My second laser session for the removal of my old eyebrows tattooing which i had been unhappy with. Jina explained the process when i made enquiries a few months ago which was very helpful in my decision to go ahead. Jina is very efficient and tells me each step and the care i need to take after each session. I highly recommend Jina and the Authentic Lab.

I had a very pleasant experience with Tali at The Authentic Lab, Mount Maunganui. I had worked myself up and and was very hot and flustered before my first laser tattoo removal session. Tali went out of her way to make me feel comfortable and relaxed. I was also surprised at how quick and painless the session was. I am super excited about my next session, the results are fantastic so far.

I got the half-hour vitamin C facial and it was amazing!The space is very relaxing and clean, and Tali was super friendly and helpful.The appointment started off with a quick foot soak and skin consultation.During my appointment, Tali guided me through a little meditation, hand massage and used some really lovely products on my face that had me leaving my appointment glowing.Can’t recommend it enough. Will be back soon.

After starting the tattoo removal progress elsewhere, I saw Tali in Hamilton to continue with her and also began removing a second tattoo. Brilliant communication, prices and a beautiful studio. Would definitely recommend to others!
