Terrible, this KFC is terrible ,you shouldn't order from here or eat inside.Our chicken meals and wicked wings are cold,our burgers weren't cooked and the drinks we had were only soda water, no flavor.Being a resident of Mangere for 30 years this is a place we often visit and have seen the KFC Mangere Central go through many changes and challenges.It is sad to see that there is no consistency in the food that is received, that the service is inconsiderate and uninterested and the inside of the KFC is unkempt.We will chose to spend our money at another KFC and let other people we know to do the same.Hopefully this action will let the franchise owners of this particular KFC that all is not right here and changes are needed.

Absolutely horrible. The service is so bad, while waiting to be served the workers overcrowd the chicken packing station acting as if you’re invisible. Then the manger laughs cause you are getting a single piece of chicken instead of a whole meal. It’s disgusting, I used to work for a fast food franchise. These types of workers are the #1 reason I dont eat fast food like I used to. Didnt get a photo of the manager but will be leaving a complaint. Photo is of rude employee that is as bad as the manager.

Was on the queue on DT for more than 15min to find out they were out of coleslaw and annoying part is they were laughing when letting us know they were out of coleslaw.Customer service needs to improve

Very busy KFC, never had a bad kai there. Ordering area is a bit small and it can get hectic when busy so would pay to order ahead w app to curb wait.

Terrible experience here. Not being greeted minimal staff felt like appear very over worked? no sense of urgency. Slow services and this branch surely needs to know how to give and provide customer service! Not coming back to this branch useless bunchatleast a smile will do am happy with my honest feedback provided

Ordered a original recipe double down combo and asked for no baconaise sauce. Repeated my request twice. Got the meal and checked it before leaving and it had the sauce on it. When I told the person that served me , got a sour look and walked away without a word. Came back a few minutes later with a replacement, nothing said ,just handed it to me only to find they'd replaced it with spicy chicken this time. Would bother going back there .very average food ,service and attitudes

Great service. Clean restaurant. Friendly staff. Chicken is always hot and fresh. One of the fastest drive through on the south side. Staff take out time to have a conversation with the customers here. Service is fast but not rushed. They also offer great delivery services.
