Bought my daughter s macbook there cheap 1995.00, grey version, 13 inch, touch bar cheapest out of all the retailers around auckland, good price, 256 gb,if I had the means next time I ll buy one for me,, no covers fo mac, but a lot ot macbook for sale, ipad, phones,, yes so all good

Absolutely disappointed about the poor service. Ordered a MacBook from this store on 01/11/2021, and the warranty was a year（also shown on the receipt). The store refuses to fix the screen and keep finding different reasons to claim that it’s our own fault although the MacBook is still in warranty. Had to pay 950 to fix the screen by ourselves. NEVER BUY ANYTHING AT THAT STORE.Sorry there, we didn’t receive any discount from the store. Could you please checked it in detail, thank you.

Made 2 purchases in store at Newmarket. Both purchases with problems. AirPods 1° gen only able to listen to music, audio not working, unable to do call or record audios... Second purchase AirPods 2° gen with 1°gen case so the AirPods itself wasn’t working as it was on the wrong case. Both AirPods with no charger, so they can sell chargers separately more extra money. I assume they have some good prices but definitely make sure your devices are working well before paying and taking home. Also take pictures of your purchases in store so they can’t do what they have done to many customers on here on the reviews. Great prices but not very honest service and average customer service. I am sorry for the bad review but have to share with your other customers.

I've bought two phones over the last 3 years from Duct Tape. Great service, helpful responsive team, and the phones have been top quality and good value. Kinda like having an Apple shop in Auckland but better value.

I have purchased 9 iPhones since Jan 2020 for myself and my friends all grade-A-like new most only charged once all without any marks whatsoever every phone with 100% battery health I would say that they are as good as the new ones that I purchased from the local shop I am very happy with there prompt service so if you read what they say about the phone you are purchasing you can't go wrong I must add all purchased online unseen cheers
