Public observation deck
After 6pm the main doors are locked so in order to get to the observation deck you need to take the public lift that is accessible from the outside located just around a small corner on the right hand side to the main doors. The view from above is amazing but unfortunately there is a safety fence preventing from getting to the edges of the roof to get better pictures.
