Staff are kind and helpful without being pushy. Deliveries were fast and all the products worked as they should. Only slight pain is that the departments operate independently and as a result you can get bounced around a bit, but that’s a broader issue not specific to this store. Great overall service.

On New Years Day I visited this branch. The store was dead quiet. Staff were around doing little, talking to each other. I went to the counter and waited with the product I wanted to purchase. 4 staff members walked by me in that time and not one of them made an effort to engage me. I left the product on the bench after standing there for 5 minutes waiting to be served. It is simply the worst retail service I have experienced. I question where or if there is any leadership in this store presently.

Visited today to look at bed linen. Particularly wanted to buy king flat sheets without the fitted ones included as we have a queen bed. No luck this time but like the store and will be back.

We have shopped here several times including when we bought a new house and needed to get appliances for it. Their customer service is amazing and they always do their best to provided competitive pricing. We did have trouble with a bed we purchased but they sent someone out multiple times to try remedy the problem and when it couldn't be fixed they were more than happy to exchange for a different bed.More recently we were needing to look at replacing our heat pump as it's old and doesn't really work below 4 deg. We had been going to get one from elsewhere but due to their poor customer service we decided to come here and were glad we did. HN were happy to price match and their sales people are friendly and very helpful. 10/10.

Purchased my Apple Watch Series 8 here. Staff were super approachable and helpful. Even after purchasing and browsing, I was approach by other staff in different sectors asking if I had any questions or needed help. Will shop again here!
