Just jeans Queensgate mall had amazing costumer service. The two girls working were so lovely and kept asking if I needed anything whilewaiting for my mother to shop. 10/10 service! :)

Received absolutely no service by a woman named Simone in this store. I approached Simone to ask for some help however she was uninterested, unhelpful and in no way friendly or genuine. I was left feeling like I was a massive annoying burden to her aswell as feeling unwelcome and just a huge pain! :( I cant understand why this person chooses to work in an environment of customer service when honestly I’m quite sure she despises it...Would really recommend more training even if it’s just basic human kindness...
