TSAR Nails

They would change nail techs every 5 minutes and the guy was super rough. If you're looking to get your nails done in 45 minutes to an hour this isn't the place it took nearly 2 hours for acrylics and for I had with nails in a uv lamp for 30 continuous mintue. The final product wasn't even what I asked for I just wanted to get out of there. Not worth my $70 sorry.

Worst eye lash removing experience today, ripped out all of my natural lashes would not recommend

Won't go there again.The lady is nice. But is constantly asking me to keep my hand in the uv light even when the timer had gone off. Got to the point were it felt like my finger felt like it was burning, sore and sensitive. The male is very rough, kept on cutting me with the electric filer and was very rude and bosyHis excuse was because he was Tired. Understandable however he shouldn't take that. Out on paying Customers who go there to treat themselves bit instead to feel very. Unwelcome and uncomfortable. In the end I just wanted to leave.

very sad how you disceive your customers your husband says one price which is cheaper when your husband's serves then once nails done your wife charges them way higher pretending your husband's quote was wrong not good that your husband rubbing his nose with his full hand then tried to keep doing my nails not good you took my sisters complaints down after you ripped her off then again I hear from a friend's your still doing the same shady stuff shame on you

This was the worst nail experience of my life.I thought I would treat myself to sns and a pedicure.I asked for my toes just to be shaped as I had cut the short already and they have been left crooked.I had a man apply my sns to start with they were so thin that they could still bend and I had to ask to have more sns applied.The shape is not what I asked for. I ask for stiletto showing him a photo and have been left with almond.They are extremely poor quality. Very bumpy and uneven.Prior to the man applying my sns a lady came along and couldn't remove my old sns and I had to do it myself she then proceeds to clip my natural nail so short it nearly was bleeding.I was so disheartened from this experience and would never go back

I got the most gorgeous pedicure done the other day. Staff are always super friendly and very fast service. I always go to tsar when I’m visiting back home and have never been disappointed.

The girl who did my nails was lovely and quite new to the job, so I'm understanding of a few little unexpected hiccups with my nails. What I really can't condone was the managers insistence I keep putting my hand under the UV lamp (even after it timed out) again and again, far more than what i understand to be necessary to set gel nails. Her annoyance that i removed my hand was obvious. I will never go here again and I would caution anyone who has nails done, that set with a UV lamp, to think carefully before using this salon. There are clear risks with using a UV lamp and the preferred option is obviously as little time as possible under a lamp.

I was really hoping to like this place but I found it quite grubby.The foot spas were wiped out with spray, each customer should have a plastic liner and the foot scrubbers should not be used on each client one after the other, the files and clippers should be sterilised between each client.I am afraid i would rather travel 45 mins away and get the hygiene .
