Quest Hotel

Have contacted them to let them know will arrive by 7pm. And at 6.20pm they call n started the coversation with we are cancelling your booking, as we cant take your credit card. And once we arrive service were not great.We had the one bedroom apartment. They say newly refurbished, but everything looks old n can feel is not very clean. Fridge keep making noise and power are keep tripping.For $200, i do not think is worth of money at all.Two star for the location.

What a wonderful place to stay. The apartment was tastefully decorated with everything you would need right down to a wasing machine and dryer.The room was warm and bed very comfortable as were the pillows, which is hard to find in most rentals.Parking was available at a small cost per day but also street parking was there for selected hours at no cost.The staff were wonderful, from parking your car to assisting with anything you needed.Located In the city centre and walking distance to great cafes and the wonderful Museum.I would highly recommend to stay at this lovely hotel

I stayed at the Quest for a week. I loved the location. The service and my room were perfect for me. I loved how I had a washer and dryer in the bathroom as it saved the headache of finding somewhere to do my laundry. Situated in town, there were many restaurants and cafes close by. I would highly recommend the Quest to anyone needing an apartment style hotel.

We arrived and everything seemed fine. Ours friends that booked at the same time checked in first then us, we all went upstairs together and they had a lovely sunny corner suite… we continued down the maze like hallway to find our room (112)…. Our outlook was onto the ducting system and above the noisey garage. Due to being above the garage we had light pollution from the garage lights all night as the curtains don’t fully shut unless you climb up on the desk and light still streams in. Our room was half the size of our friends even though we paid the same amount. They had shelving in their wardrobe and we did not (staying for 3 nights this was required) there was also no bathroom shelving so our bathroom products had to live on the floor. Rang reception at 7:30pm the first night as we had 1 fork but 3 of everything else, there was no one on duty able to bring a fork until 8am the next day (we were needing it for breakfast earlier than that). We had items in the fridge assuming they would be kept cold with the fridge doing it’s job… it became apparent that the fridge wasn’t ever actually on. I pulled it out from the cabinet slot and the plug was turned off! Last but not least… 4am the garbage truck showed up! It was extremely loud for roughly 10 minutes (no exaggeration)If you plan to stay here I highly recommend you inspect your room before staying here. I wish I had looked at google reviews as this would hav route me off.Very UNIMPRESSED will never ever be staying here again!!!!

Check in was easy, parking in the designated parking area was a nightmare for a longer vehicle. Room was spacious but dirty (mold around the windows) I understand this is an older building but still this could be cleaned and upkept. There were dead flies around the skirting of the room over a good stay but cleanliness NEEDS to be taken care of ESPECIALLY black mold!!

Stayed here for work for three nights. Parking was a nightmare (I highly, highly suggest that guests park across the street in the Wilson parking, which is what I ended up doing). If you have to leave early in the morning and no hotel staff are there to help get your car off the stackers, then you're going to have problems. And if you have a big vehicle... Well, good luck.The room was spacious, but it smelled musty. The bed was comfortable, though. The hotel is general needs some maintenance. There are scratches along the walls.On the plus side, the location of the hotel is right in town which is very handy, and you can go to many different restaurants that will charge your meal back to your room.

No. Service. Staff seem rather talk each other. Instead. Man. Refused help. Me yesterday prefer tell. Come. Down stairs. Said have just go out room. U. Gave key doesn't. With. Still refused come. Asked lady. Coming out room told her. She apologized. Said it's not good enough. Web site. Said was cheaper. But was. More. But room .I'd huge. So that's ok see what happens next.

All ok and great sized rooms. Cool old art deco building. Right in CBD close to everything

It's warm, beds are comfy, rooms have a good kitchenette as well as a washing and dryer

Neat , clean apartments, close to several shops and Hamilton transport center.
