Our night at 305 in The Vines wasn’t long enough! From the moment we drove up to the cottage we were in awe. It is very clear that each and every detail has been thought about.The cottage was modern, homely and such a different experience than staying in a hotel or motor lodge. The beds were incredibly comfortable and the rainfall shower was bliss. Seeing the Real World products available throughout the cottage was such a welcome surprise and a credit to the sustainable choices that the owners have made. The complementary wine, cheese and crackers was the icing on the cake!This has to be Havelock North’s best accomodation. Will be recommending to family and friends for sure.Thank you so much!

Wonderful accommodation situated in Havelock North. Surrounded by vineyards the Villa is a perfect place for a couples getaway. The interior design and layout has been carfully thought and and is stunning.Can't wait to stay again!

Had a 3 night stay with 3 other couples for a wedding at Black BarnAwesome location, great proximity to Wineries and Havelock North.The cleanliness of the villas was 5 Star, the functionality was 5 star, the privacy was top draw and the outlook onto the vines reminded me of Napa Valley USA.Great kitchen facilities, excellent en-suite and superb beds.Definitely will be back and will tell everyone of the wonderful hosting.

Amazing host, amazing place to stay. Nicely tucked away on the outskirts of Havelock North in peaceful surroundings. Highly recommend

We spent one night at the Swiss-Belboutique Napier and one night here in Villa 4 for Valentine's. We had a great time at both but the villa was on another level. The villa is new with modern furnishings and is stocked with everything you could possibly want (Real World amenities and all). We were treated with a free bottle of wine and cheese, which was a nice surprise. The day before check-in the manager was in contact with us to say he moved us to a more private villa which was greatly appreciated. To get into the villa you use a pin code on the door, so it is completely contactless - no check in or interaction with anybody required. If you love wine tasting then you are in the perfect spot with beautiful surroundings, we couldn't ask for more really. At the time we booked the hotels were similar prices, but you certainly get more value for money at 305 In The Vines. Highly recommended!

Villa felt brand new and everything was spotless. Loved the tiled bathroom. Calm lookout towards the vineyard. Wine and cheese in the fridge on arrival was a nice touch. Only suggestion would be a doormat inside front door as it was raining on arrival and bringing bags in and out meant stepping on the nice wood floors with wet shoes.

A gorgeous, clean, well equipped cabin, with super comfortable beds, a stunning view of the vines and some of Havelock Norths lovely views. Misty was an amazing host 5✴️s indeed.

What a find! Loved waking up next to the vines with beautiful views. Lovely attention to detail, very comfortable and massive bed, lovely furnishings, it all sets it apart from the usual run of the mill accommodation. Fab location in Havelock North too, very close to many vineyards, with a lovely cafe just down the road. Will definitely be back for sure!

Our family stayed here for the weekend, the location, cottages, and outlook were amazing. We loved the high-end finish of the cottages and it functioned really well with our toddler. Will definitely be staying here again.
