Ride on Kids Car Nz
Gave me a car with a faulty battery. I brought on the 27th December and it's now 20th Jan . They said they would come fix or replace and still haven't now telling me I have to go to them. It's very unprofessional they have the cars set up in a random garage which they call their show room.... They are not being helpful and all Im actually starting to want a refund and they are also refusing me of that.

100% not to have a starAsked about to see productsDrove all the way from Northshore 1 hour to location to find out all the cars on garage was display ONLY I mean you can just see the car.Asked to see a demonstration of the carsNone on the display is working no battery no battery is the most excuse.The car moved for a one meter and stopped.Customer service was useless.Very disappointedWho ever gave them 5 stars must be living in the same house just to make their website look genuine.USELESS!

All our cars can be operated by your young one. And depending on the vehicle will depend on if it has a parental remote control. To know which cars can also be controlled by remote control we have a “Remote Control” icon in the features section as well as the “What’s included” section. To switch from self/driver control to the remote is easy – it’s just a flick of a switch.
