Very dissapointed with the service, had asked for a quote to be provided for carpet and lino, person turned up to the house with no carpet examples? And have not heard back in regards to price ...... but thats okay I have found another Retailer who was genuinely interested in providing a service to myself and our family ....... I maybe the exception to the rule I hope so

Terrible servivce. Was called out to do an insurance quote. At the time of the meeting at the property we were told that the cost of the affected room would be the same as the hallway that we wanted to get done. Owner suggested that we just do the hallway and the insurance company would be none the wiser, I refused and said that we would cash settle with them then do the hallway privatly. fast forward to booking the job. His words, the horse has bolted" refused to do an itemised quote for us
