Overall very good, only gripe would be that it can be hard to get hold of them on phone without having to leave a message. Otherwise service is very prompt and website is easy enough to navigate. It could maybe use some modernising.

The materials are clear and very practical. I re-sit the test (haha...the first test was not reaching 90% pass mark). The system allows me to learn better and repeat the course. When I have difficulties, the support desk replied promptly, understand the situation and guide me. The good part is that the second test only assesses the failed one, so I can focus on the subject. Finally, I passed. thank you.
