went in last week spoke to a man for a quote and was happy with the price so booked for the following tuesday, i come on time on tuesday and spoke to a you lady there and was then told that their system cancels bookings automatically if not booked online, I had no knowledge of this the man told me it was confirmed booking but apparently not the lady said she couldn’t do it today or probably rest of the week because of the system. what a shocking system absolutely disgusted do not even try this place now i have to take more time out of work and study to go to novus who is really easy and onto it wish i knew that from the start. smith and smith hastings. sort it out!

The young girl at reception Sophia was very professional very polite and very efficient a real asset to have as front of house for business.

Few years back, smashed all the clips of failed to order the correct number of new ones. Heading to Wellington and Land Cruiser Trim flu off that took 3 months too fix. Now new Truck taken 3 month to order windscreen with out ordering the correct one. Brand new car screen cracked with in first 5k kms, Just had a call to say they have to try an order a third, they’ve just ordered the same wrong one twice already. What absolute muppets. Go to novus.

I don't usually do reviews but these guys are awesome. Fantastic, friendly, professional and helpful. Highly recommend to everyone.

I'm very disappointed in the service and work carried out. Such a strong name and with a good back ground. Not only did my partner loose 3 hours work the window is sliding down. I expect the service the name carries and when paying cash. Not happy. Only Smith and Smith that I have had issues with

Damage was caused to part of my vehicle which they didn't disclose causing the windscreen not to be sealed and for airflow to come through. Only to then be told it would be over a week and a half to be repaired. Useless!

Was told if chip in windscreen was no bigger than two dollar coin ok to fix .Drove all the way there and was told couldn’t fix it,I reckon they just wanted to put in new windshield would not recommend this place
