Absolutely terrible Company to ever deal with, Kellie is probably the worst property manager i have ever come across, She will lie through her teeth and the company she works for will back her all the way regardless of the misdemeanors made. be warned this company which operates out of a dodgy looking property in Albany cares for no one but themselves

By far the worst rental agency i have ever come across, Our rental manager Kellie would always rent out our surrounding rooms to either drug dealers and people with criminal convictions, This was made evident when one of our neighbors was seen chasing another tenant down our driveway carrying a machete, Once i notified the manager her reply was neither prompt nor the reply you would expect from someone who was concerned but rather that i had wasted her time. When we approached our rental agent with concerns she would reply VIA txt message which i found rather impolite, Also we had neighbours whom She gifted a Master key too which opened ever room in the house including my own. this was very concerning considering the people that had rented out the facilityAll in all a terrible experience i would urge anyone considering one of their cheap Accommodation that you really do get what you pay for,if your after cheap and tacky look no further than Build Corp and there Agents

Since Day 1 the most helpful property managers with whom I have dealt. Downee was my initial contact there, and Dianne is my current property manager; neither could have been more sympathetic or helpful. So is Janet, their accounts lady. All repairs are dealt with quickly and efficiently, and all transactions are carried out with the minimum of fuss. Highly recommended.

They don't even deserve one star. I have never come across a property manager who refuses to give information when requested considering the information requested relates directly to us. Under The Privacy Act 1993 we requested information about another company approaching Build Corp in relation to us. They were un-cooperative and Flo quoted that she wasn't obliged to give me anymore information than she already has. I find this inappropriate not to mention a breach of the privacy act considering we are residents in the complex they manage and considering the company that approached her was acting illegally. We phoned and emailed her multiple times and her lack of communication was absolutely disgusting. A simple answer of yes or no would have sufficed when asked if they were approached and if information was given and she flat out refused and hung up on me. I will take this further and ensure this gets dealt to appropriately but in the mean time this review stands!

I rented an apartment from Buildcorp some years ago. I can't emphasise enough how bad an experience it was. Some of the relevant incidents included Buildcorp doing the following:-Sending us a notice suggesting we had months of unpaid rent and threatening eviction when in reality we'd made every payment on time (but they hadn't been tracking payments in their ledger)-Illegally trying to pass on fixed water charges on to us-Attempting to raise the rent way above the market rate (as demonstrated by advertised prices for identical apartments in the same block)-Agreeing to suggested resolutions of the above, but then forgetting and sending more demands for money anyway.-Regularly failing to reply to emails or calls.I've known others to have similarly bad experiences - e.g., student apartments infested with cockroaches, refusals to make basic repairs, etc.I would stress also that although my experience was as a tenant, *landlords* should avoid Buildcorp too; at the time I rented from them they were unable to manage basic financial recordkeeping and client communication.I will note that it has been around 6 years since I rented from Buildcorp, but I notice they still have the same director, which is not a good sign.

The WORST property management i have ever dealt with, they lie, ignore, and pretty much try and avoid you as much as they can if you have a complaint. The tried to get us to pay for damage caused by excessive mould which was so bad it had rotted the floor boards and was deemed unhealthy to live in. We won at tenancy tribunal and got out of there but they didn't bother fixing the problem, just signed up another unsuspecting family. The owner is also as obnoxious and unprofessional as the property managers, waste of space the lot of them!

Worst experience of my life - landlord most unhelpful and flat way way overpriced for what you get - they don't even deserve 1 star. Avoid is my advice...totally agree with Ricky Chandler review. Disgusting customer service. They don't care one bit about their tenants. Substandard horrible flatting situation. Spent over $60 for wifi which never worked properly and they refused to come help me and come have a look and kept telling me that I was the problem with not getting wifi. Disgusting

Genuinely the single worst communicative experience I have ever had.This is specifically directed towards the wi-fi management of which little to no communication is given. When ringing for support for anything related such as:-Payments going through but not updating account information to login-Login issues where a password isn't set correctly and needs to be activated-Random outage of services with little to no portal information given to update you on the situation or seek assistanceTheir portal doesn't allow for account reactivation or any top up of sorts which while slightly irritating would not be a big deal if simply creating a new account and starting again were the end of it, almost every single time there are issues which only in reality take 5 minutes or less to fix.However, good luck ever trying to get in contact as every call within office hours over multiple days can and will be ignored.Do yourself a favor and just don't get involved, if at all possible try to find any alternative to this company.
